We are the original and only patented, watermarked drains offering these features, along with fully customisable lengths to suit your specific installation requirements.
When will my order arrive?
Estimated delivery times are calculated by our courier partner, Aramex, and will be displayed at check out. We will process your order within 1 business day. Please note that any delivery delays are outside of our control. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery.
What sizes do the drains come in?
Our linear drains are available in various lengths and can be easily customised on site to fit any project.

What is a dropper and which size do I need?
A dropper is the PVC outlet component that connects your drain to the waste pipe. It's available in 40mm, 50mm, and 80mm sizes. Your installer can advise which size suits your plumbing setup. One free dropper is included with every drain purchased.

What hole saw do I need for installation?
We recommend our Tungsten Carbide Tip (TCT) Hole Saws, available in 40mm, 50mm, and 80mm to match your dropper size. These are precision-engineered for cutting HydroVim V base drains cleanly and efficiently.
Do your drains come with a warranty?
Yes — every HydroVim linear drain comes with a lifetime rust-proof warranty.
What comes included with each drain?
Each drain includes the V drain base, your choice of top (Slotted or Tile Insert), a pair of matching end caps, end cap locking pins, and one PVC dropper.
Can I purchase replacement parts?
Yes — replacement end caps (sold in pairs), end cap locking pins (sold in packs of 6), and additional PVC droppers are all available separately in our Accessories collection.
Do you offer trade pricing?
Yes — trade customer can register for special pricing via our Trade Account Request page.
Do I need to select a dropper size when ordering?
Yes — you'll need to select your dropper size at checkout. If you're unsure, consult your installer before ordering. Additional droppers can also be purchased separately.
What top styles are available?
Our linear drains come in two top styles: Slotted Top for a sleek, modern look, and Tile Insert Top which allows your floor tiles to continue seamlessly into the drain for a near-invisible finish.
