Shannon Koryzma

Shannon's extensive experience in the construction domain spans over 30 years. He commenced his carpentry career in NSW, before embarking on his role as a foreman with a prominent Queensland builder. In 2009, Shannon established Koryzma Constructions, his thriving family-owned building enterprise rooted in the vibrant Gold Coast community. Shannon’s leadership and passion continue to shape HydroVim's commitment to innovation and excellence in the building industry.

Dan Mc-J

Dan was heavily involved in the initial product development and ongoing R&D, bringing a wealth of knowledge and capabilities from many years of experience in project management, strategic planning, operational planning, and contingency planning. Dan currently manages daily operations at HydroVim, ensuring seamless coordination across product innovation, inventory management, and solutions-based problem solving. His strategic oversight spans from concept through to market delivery, with a keen eye for operational efficiency and risk mitigation across multi-market expansion initiatives.
