Shannon Koryzma

Shannon brings more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry. He began his carpentry career in New South Wales before relocating to Queensland, where he spent several years as a foreman for a prominent Gold Coast builder.

In 2009, Shannon established Koryzma Constructions, a successful family-owned building company based on the Gold Coast. A proud member of Master Builders Queensland, the company has received multiple industry honours, including the 2017 Medium Density Award and, in 2019, awards for Individual Home Over $3 Million, Best Residential Bathroom and House of the Year. The family business was further recognised when Katrina Koryzma received the 2019 Women in Building Award.

Koryzma Constructions’ work has also attracted industry media attention, with one of its luxury Broadbeach Waters homes featured by Queensland Homes.

Shannon’s extensive hands-on experience, award-winning building expertise and passion for practical innovation continue to shape HydroVim’s commitment to quality, innovation and excellence within the building industry.

Dan Mc-J

Dan was heavily involved in the initial product development and ongoing R&D, bringing a wealth of knowledge and capabilities from many years of experience in project management, strategic planning, operational planning, and contingency planning. Dan currently manages daily operations at HydroVim, ensuring seamless coordination across product innovation, inventory management, and solutions-based problem solving. His strategic oversight spans from concept through to market delivery, with a keen eye for operational efficiency and risk mitigation across multi-market expansion initiatives.
